Biography

With cross-disciplinary knowledge and skills from Medical Physics to property management, property sale and land development, Qing brings into the real estate business with a unique approach to look at things differently. His academic training from the University of Canterbury established his scientific and logical mindset when it comes to technical understanding of properties, which is perfectly balanced with his sense of the market that is inspired by the solid development of his professional career over the years.
With strong passions for properties and vision to become the best, Qing started his own property management company Rempstone Property Management Limited in 2019. Within three years, it became the winner of REINZ Excellence Award Office of the Year (small) 2022.
Well-respected for his wide range of knowledge and skills in both residential and commercial properties, he is also a humble person who could not only gain clients’ trust with his integrity and honesty, but also shares his knowledge generously. While leading an award-winning team, Qing continues to be committed to the community that he has called home for more than 2 decades. As a loving father and family man, he is a strong believer that giving back to the community is a fundamental principle of life.
